Argentinian Lomito Stacked Steak & Ham Sandwich
Get ready to cook
1. Marinate steaks in 150g Cuban Chimichurri for at least 30mins. Pan fry until cooked.
2. Slice buns and spread with mayonnaise.
3. Build from bottom by adding steak, cheese, 1 tablespoon Cuban Chimichurri, fried egg, ham, 1 teaspoon mustard and salad.
4. Cover with top bun and place under warmer for cheese to melt; serve immediately.

10 thin sliced steaks
10 fried eggs
10 slices ham
10 slices mild cheese (e.g. swiss)
Salad (e.g. sliced tomato, lettuce leaf, onion ring)
10 white buns
50g American mustard
