Brazilian Loaded Hotdog (Cachorro Quente)
Get ready to cook
1. In a pan heat some oil to medium heat. Add sausages; pan fry until cooked and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add Mexican Chilli Orange and tinned chopped tomatoes; mix well and cook for 2-3mins until mixture thickens. Return sausages; mix well.
3. To assemble, spread hotdog buns with mashed potato. Add sausage and sauce. Top with corn, peas, grated cheese and crushed potato crisps. Add squeeze of lime and serve.
150g Mexican Chilli Orange Paste
10 hot dog buns
10 frankfurter sausages
250g tinned chopped tomatoes
150g tinned corn
150g tinned peas
200g mashed potato
200g grated cheddar
60g potato crisps (crushed to garnish)
Optional: 10 lime wedges
