Chinese Clove Chicken Chow Mein
Get ready to cook
1. Boil noodles until cooked but firm. Mix in a little oil to prevent sticking.
2. In a pan, heat up the cooking oil to medium heat. Add chicken; stir fry for 4-5mins until cooked. Add carrots, celery and spinach; stir fry for 3-4 mins. Add Shandong Sweet Paste and noodles; mix well until noodles are evenly coated with sauce and hot.
3. Garnish and serve immediately.
400g Shandong Sweet Paste
700g dried udon noodles (to make approx. 1.4kg cooked noodles)
600g diced chicken thigh
300g shredded carrot
300g sliced celery
300g frozen spinach
2 sliced spring onions to garnish
