Elote Grilled Mexican Street Corn
Get ready to cook
1. Preheat gas grill to high heat and oil grilling grate.
2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, feta, Mexican Chilli Orange and coriander until well mixed.
3. Place corn on the grill to cook, turning over occasionally, for about 8mins, until cooked and charred in some areas.
4. When corn is cooked, toss in mixture until evenly coated. Squeeze over lime juice and serve with ribs.
