Indonesian BBQ Chicken
Get ready to cook
1. Score chicken thighs. Rub with Nasi Goreng Paste and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Pre-heat fan oven to 180°C. Grill chicken for 30-40 mins or until cooked.
3. Garnish and serve with sweet chilli or Lemongrass Sweet Chilli Dip.

10 lime wedges to garnish
