Indonesian Chicken Satay with Peanut Dressing
Get ready to cook
1. Marinate diced chicken thigh in Nasi Goreng Paste for at least 30mins.
2. Skewer onto bamboo skewers and grill till cooked.
3. For dressing, mix 100g Satay Paste with 100ml coconut milk or sweet chilli sauce; reheat in a pan until sauce thickens.
4. Serve chicken skewers garnished and with dip on the side.
