Indonesian Treacle Soy & Coconut Beef
Get ready to cook
1. Slow cook beef in beef stock for 1½-2 hours or until meat is tender. Set aside.
2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat; add onions and stir fry at a low heat for 5-6mins until caramalised. Add peppers and green beans; stir fry for 4-5mins until cooked.
3. Add Nasi Goreng Paste and cooked beef; stir fry for 1-2mins until fragrant.
4. Add coconut milk and mix well; heat until piping hot and simmer to desired consistency. Garnish and serve.
400g Nasi Goreng Paste
400ml tinned coconut milk
1.2kg diced stewing beef
200g diced white onion
300g cut green beans
300g diced peppers
2 spring onions, sliced to garnish
