Lemongrass Mayo Chicken Baguette
Get ready to cook
1. In a pan, stir fry chicken until cooked. Place in a bowl and add Lemongrass Sambal Paste and mayonnaise; mix well.
2. To assemble, spread the top and bottom sides of each baguette with butter.
3. Add lemongrass mayo chicken and top with salad.
4. Garnish and serve.

10 demi-baguettes, cut open lengthways
400g salad (e.g. shredded carrot, shredded cucumber)
15g chopped coriander to garnish (optional)
