Lime-Tamarind Pulled Pork Tacos
Get ready to cook
1. Place pulled pork in a large bowl; add Sweet Tamarind Sauce, chopped mint and coriander and lime juice, mix well.

1kg slow cooked pulled pork, shredded
30g chopped mint
30g chopped coriander
2 limes, juiced
150g shredded carrot, to garnish
Optional: 100g crushed peanut, to garnish
