Portuguese Prego Steak Roll with Piri Piri Dressing
Get ready to cook
1. Marinate steaks in 150g Mozambican Coconut Piri Piri for at least 30 minutes. Pan fry until cooked.
2. Spread the top and bottom halves of each roll with mayonnaise. Top the bottom roll with salad, steak, 2 teaspoons Mozambican Coconut Piri Piri and fried onions.
3. Cover with top roll and serve.
