Spicy Japanese Prawn Udon
Get ready to cook
1. Cook noodles as per packet instructions; wash under cold running water to prevent sticking.
2. In a pan, heat up some cooking oil to a medium high heat. Add spring onion, carrot and beansprouts; stir fry for 30 seconds. Add noodles and prawns; stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until cooked. Add scrambled egg; mix well.
3. Add Nasi Goreng Sauce; stir fry for 1-2 minutes until piping hot; serve immediately.

100g dried udon noodles
1 spring onion, sliced
20g shredded carrot
1 egg, scrambled
5 prawns, peeled
