Sweet Cinnamon Cashew Chicken
Get ready to cook
1. In a pan, heat some cooking oil to medium heat. Add onions; stir fry for 2-3mins.
2. Add chicken; stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add peppers and celery; stir fry for 3-4mins or until everything is cooked.
3. Add Shandong Sweet Paste; stir fry for 1-2mins. Add cashews; mix well.
4. Add chicken stock for desired consistency and mix well; heat until piping hot. Garnish and serve.
400g Shandong Sweet Paste
1.2kg diced chicken thigh
250ml chicken stock (optional if a wetter dish is desired)
500g diced mixed peppers
200g thinly sliced celery
50g cashew nuts
15g chopped coriander to garnish
