Turkey in a Mexican Spiced Chilli Mole
Get ready to cook
1. Blend mole sauce ingredients (except chocolate) until smooth.
2. Heat in a pan and simmer until sauce thickens; remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring to melt in.
3. Pan fry or oven roast turkey steaks until cooked.
4. Top with mole sauce; garnish and serve.

50g ground almonds / peanuts
200g tinned chopped tomatoes
100ml chicken stock
50g dark chocolate

2 tablespoons sesame seeds to garnish
