Goan cooking is a delicious fusion of Konkan and Portuguese culinary traditions and ingredients. Dishes like Pork Sorpotel and Fish Recheado with their hot vinegary tang and rich masala spices have inspired our Masala Goa Paste.
We use a special blend of vinegars to get a similar taste to toddy coconut vinegar which is commonly used in Goa. The flavours bring back memories of eating at charming family eateries like Viva Panjim tucked away in the old colonial houses of Panaji city. Good times!
Make a CURRY by adding chopped tomatoes and chicken/lamb/beef.
STIR FRY with chicken, cauliflower and cream.
Mix with Greek yoghurt to MARINATE chicken; grill.
