Street Food Inspiration
Dong’an Chicken, a signature dish from Hunan Province, inspires the flavours of our Pink Pepper Ginger Paste. Stories and legends swirl around the origins of this recipe which is a perfect balance of sour, spicy and aromatic.
We’ve kept true to the traditional use of vinegar to give a mouth-watering tartness, hand cooked with fiery chilli, ginger and pink Sichuan peppers, with our own added touch of warm Chinese spices.
STIR FRY with chicken/beef/pork, peppers and onions.
Use as a DRESSING for burgers, kebabs, wraps.
Drizzle over a SALAD of mixed beans, coriander and lime.
